- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (user stories).
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Work with development teams to design and implement system solutions.
- Develop and maintain process workflows, diagrams, and other documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Test and validate systems to ensure alignment with requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training for implemented systems.
