The Role:
The Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner at our large global client and oversee back-of-house operations to ensure seamless delivery of experiences across prioritized communities and spaces. This role connects the dots between spaces, programs, initiatives, and coaching platforms, enabling Performance Managers and practitioners to deliver exceptional services. The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, manage vendor relationships, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure smooth operations and high stakeholder satisfaction by proactively implementing solutions to improve user experiences. 

    • Take ownership of resolving issues before they arise, removing roadblocks, and making informed decisions in the face of shifting priorities. 

    • Anticipate and manage changes to maintain service quality.

  • Facility and Vendor Management:

    • Oversee facility operations and vendor relationships, including repairs, maintenance (R&M), supplies, and capital expenditures (CapEx). 

    • Ensure that venues and spaces meet all experience and service expectations. 

  • Resource and Process Development:

    • Deliver and implement resources, processes, and operational systems that support Performance Managers and Coaches in delivering community programs and services. 

    • Lead with clarity in ambiguous situations to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

  • Community and Events Support:

    • Serve as a partner to the Community and Events managers - backend logistics for onsite events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field

  • Current CPR, AED and First Aid certification

  • On-site 3-5 days per week 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous situations

  • Proven ability to manage facility operations and vendor relationships

  • Experience in community programming and stakeholder management

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $53,000/year to $95,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.  Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
