About the role
We are looking for an Online Sales Manager - Marketplaces to join our central E-Commerce team in Europe APAC-MEA. This team is focused on developing and leveraging new routes to market, driving profitable growth for Electrolux. As Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for commercially managing and supporting the 3P Marketplace operations across key markets within Europe. You will work closely with both central and local e-commerce teams, ensuring a seamless, hands-on approach to growing online sales for all our product categories.
The responsibilities also include/What you’ll do
- Manage 3P marketplace operations in Europe, supporting content improvements, commercial activation, and range management.
- Collaborate with local teams to define and execute commercial agendas for marketplaces.
- Provide insights and drive key initiatives to optimize performance, including monitoring traffic, shopping behavior, and key metrics.
- Support in the development of best practices for marketplaces and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Electrolux's e-commerce strategy.
- Play a key role in the development of the platform with a hands-on approach.
Who you are:
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on consumer experience and value creation.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, able to inspire and engage teams to achieve results.
- Passionate about driving growth and creatively solving problems in the e-commerce space.
- Agile and structured, capable of making confident decisions and acting in an ever-changing business environment.
- Team-oriented, with strong collaborative skills across functions including product line, IT, marketing, and business leaders.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as German or Spanish being a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role related to D2C e-commerce and 3P marketplaces, with a proven track record on platforms like eBay and Amazon.
Where you will be based:
You will be based at our Stockholm HQ in Stadshagen, with potential travel to various European markets.
