What to expect...
- Strategy and campaign management: Develop and implement holistic digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Analysis and optimization of corporate and product websites for better visibility in search engines.
- Performance marketing: Planning, implementation and management of paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with data-based monitoring and optimization.
- Content creation and management: Conception and creation of target group-oriented content (e.g. blog posts, newsletters, social media posts) as well as creative design of texts and visuals.
- Social Media Management: Supervision of the company's presence on social media platforms and conception of social ads to increase reach and engagement.
- Reporting and optimization: Creation of reports to evaluate the success of the campaigns and derive suggestions for optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments and external service providers to successfully implement projects.
What you bring to the table...
- Successfully completed studies or comparable training in online marketing/digital marketing or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in online or digital marketing, ideally in a medium-sized company.
- Technical know-how and experience in using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, MailChimp and analytics tools (e.g. eTracker).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA and performance marketing, as well as experience in creating content strategies.
- Strong communication skills, creativity and a feel for the visual and textual design of marketing content.
- Structured and independent way of working with strong time and project management skills.
- Willingness to deal with new trends and technologies and to integrate them into their work.
- Fluent in German and good English.
