Job Description
Feasibility Studies:
- Contribute to and support feasibility studies from a technology and organization perspective and document findings.
- Collaborate with all technology departments to ensure integration in the landscape (analytics, infrastructure, front office business applications, security)
- Take part of the RFP Request For Proposal) process that will enable to define project target (technical & functional) and select software vendor plus integration partner
Product/Service Development:
- Working in close collaboration with business process owners and ensure accurate understanding and description of business requirements
- Translating the EPM strategy of our Business Units into an analytical roadmap
- Being responsible for the design and delivery of EPM solutions according to standard methodologies
- Organize, drive, execute projects.
- Ensure EPM application integration into the technology landscape as per technology strategy and best practices
- Technical Developments Recommendation: Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve quality of products/ solutions and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
- Maintaining the end-to-end vision of the overall EPM solutions
- Drive business adoption
Internal Client Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust finding out their needs/issues/concerns to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
- Co-construct with Business expert the target processes and data model to match operation and analytical requirements
Product Lifecycle and Interdependencies Management:
- Execute digital product/solution life cycle activities following a range of processes and tooling requirements.
- Manage contract and vendor relationship for software partner
- Manage contract and vendor delivery for integration partner
Leadership and Direction:
- Explain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Lead the project from a technology team perspective
Quality:
- Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements.
Governance:
- Being responsible for the project’s governance, Steering Committee, Status, Issues escalation.
- Ensure, through your leadership, adherence of the teams to the project methodology, quality and expected results
Budget Management:
- IT Financials processes working in close relationship with the IT Financial Controller to track actuals vs planned budget
- Budget tracking construction based on Monthly actuals update
- Update budget according to roadmap evolution
- Highlight and alert on budget errors / over consumptions
- Manage quarterly reforecasting cycle and landing
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the domain of IT service management for Enterprise Performance Management (OneStream)
- Knowledge in Processes and Solutions for the following scope: Statutory Consolidation, Operational Reporting, Forecast and Planning, Financial Group Reporting and Budget Reporting.
- Having experience in implementing EPM solutions as a leader and managed successfully an implementation
- You have managed Finance application lifecycle (support, maintenance, improvements, data integration, interface monitoring)
- You have led international implementation for Finance applications
- Practical Expertise in various project methodologies (AgiIe/Scrum/WaterfaII/etc.)

- Deep critical thinking attitude to be able to manage ambiguity and complexity comfortably
- Ability to transform complex concepts and decisions into well-articulated recommendations

- Excellent in execution with natural sense of duty and urgency to drive the change
- Strong analysis and synthesis capacity, ability to negotiate and influence both internally and externally
- Excellent teamwork, communication & collaboration skills and capacity to establish rapport and persuade others
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
