Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive, global OneCRM training program. This role requires the design and coordination of a multifaceted training approach, including on-site or online training, web-based training, developing different learning formats, knowledge nuggets, and a "tip of the week" initiative. Collaboration with Global Process Owners and CRM Product Owners in an agile working program is essential for content development. The role also involves facilitating a 'Train the Trainer' program for local on-site training. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in instructional design, technical training, CRM technologies, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
- Design, implement, and manage a versatile global OneCRM training program that leverages various training methods such as on-site training, web-based training, bite-sized learning nuggets, and regular tips and tricks updates.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and CRM Product owners in an agile setup to develop accurate and engaging content for training modules.
- Establish and maintain a robust 'Train the Trainer' program, ensuring local trainers are adequately prepared to deliver on-site training.
- Continuously update training material to accommodate frequent new feature releases, ensuring users are up-to-date with the latest OneCRM functionality.
- Develop and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of the training program, taking feedback into account to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Lead and coach global and local training networks, ensuring consistency in training delivery across different regions and cultures.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university degree preferably in Education, Business, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in a training role, with some years of experience specifically in CRM software training; extensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably with experience in MS Dyn365: demonstrated experience in managing and leading global training programs, coordinating with various stakeholders; proven track record of designing and implementing effective 'Train the Trainer' programs; experience with diverse training methods, including on-site, web-based, and bite-sized learning initiatives
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into easily understood content; capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Languages: very good in German and English, both written and spoken
