Job Description

The Critical Task you will Perform

  • You will report to Omni Manager Bali
  • Developing strategies for retention and upsell Grab products
  • Foster relationships with merchants through listening and regular communication to address their needs and feedback.
  • Design impactful campaigns that are relevant with the current trend and market.
  • Ensure partner growth and analyze ROI and Indicators to boost business and cultivate customer loyalty.
  • Maintain service and quality standards through collaboration with partners and our teams, while also supporting team development for performance.

Qualifications

What Essential Skill you will Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with an ability to manage partnerships and increase revenue.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and flourish in an environment.
  • Proficiency in English would be advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in the F&B industry, along with comfort in using a laptop and internet.
  • Encouraging collaboration and inclusivity.
