The Office Services Administrator is responsible for administering all office services and facilities related activities within the Winnipeg office. The incumbent will work remotely with the Manager, Office Services and on site along with the Associate Office Services Administrator to ensure that all office support service functions are carried out according to prescribed procedures.

Facility, business, and administrative support

Mailroom functions
If you have:

Post Secondary Education in Clerical, Office Administration, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of office administrative and customer service experience

General insurance or business knowledge an asset

Working knowledge of work routines and procedures associated with most office support service functions.

Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
