About the Opportunity:

As the Office Manager in Munich, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the heart of our headquarters and spearheading our workplace experience across the EMEA region. As a key member of the Real Estate and Workplace Experience Team, you will craft transformative workplace environments that embody our mission and values, accelerating every employee and contributing to Tools for Humanity's overarching goals.

As the Office Manager in Munich, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Munich office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently to support our dynamic team.
  • Enhance the employee experience by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of employees and guests, reflecting our principles of Omotenashi and Kodawari.
  • Manage facilities and resources, including procurement, distribution, and maintenance of supplies and equipment, prioritizing functionality and aesthetics.
  • Coordinate nourishing food and beverage programs that fuel productivity and foster community, aligning with our commitment to health and well-being.
  • Act as the main point of contact with building management and external partners across EMEA, ensuring our offices embody local uniqueness while maintaining global standards.
  • Foster community and culture by being an ambassador of our company values, promoting inclusivity and collaboration.
  • Prioritize safety and well-being of employees and guests, maintaining environments that inspire and empower.

You are:

  • An exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English, able to connect effectively with a diverse team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, embodying the principles of Kodawari with relentless attention to detail.
  • Autonomous and resourceful, capable of working independently and demonstrating grit and resilience in a high-intensity environment.
  • Customer-centric, prioritizing the needs of employees and guests to deliver exceptional service that enhances their experience and well-being.
  • Culturally adaptable, skilled at integrating local culture into the workplace while maintaining global consistency.
  • Technologically proficient in Google Workspace tools and open to adopting new technologies to enhance workplace efficiency.

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or related role
  • Experience with a high-growth company
  • Experience using World
  • Big 4 experience
