The Role
We're currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee our Freiburg office. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our office operations, responsible for creating and maintaining a vibrant workplace community while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Role:
- Lead all aspects of office management, serving as the primary point of contact for the BFL HQ in Freiburg, Germany
- Create and nurture a positive work environment that embodies our company culture and transforms our office into a hub of productivity
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, including our CEO, Chief of Staff, our research team, and the business teams
- Manage vendor relationships (food services, maintenance, cleaning) and office access
- Streamline office logistics, oversee office inventory, shipping, mailing, and delivery operations
- Support with the organization of company events and activities to strengthen our community
Ideal Experience:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager in a startup environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and service-oriented mindset
- Experience maintaining vendor relationships and managing office operations
