We are looking for an Office Manager to manage day to day operations for Aledade’s downtown Bethesda office space. The Office Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and highly organized office space, with a range of tasks including procuring office supplies, coordinating catering and food delivery as needed, managing deliveries, organizing events in the office (this includes bi-monthly socials as well as coordinating and hosting Retreats), scheduling conference rooms, and managing our web-based voicemail and emails. This role involves collaborating with colleagues and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*Position is 5 days a week in office, non-remote option
Primary Duties:
- Greet employees/guests/stakeholders while maintaining a high level of customer service; maintain daily attendance tracker
- Order/stock/maintain grocery/office supplies; track and manage office inventory/expenses
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and dialpad voicemails; communicate to respective Managers for follow-up
- Serve as point of contact for building management (fire-drills, window washing, building maintenance, etc.)
- Assist with meetings, company events and team retreats (require occasional early mornings/late evening hours to support events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with Google Suite
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, lift
- Must be able to sit/stand for periods of time
- Must be able to lift 5-30 lbs
