Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for an energetic and highly organized Office Management & Community Lead who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager (Camille) this role will involve co-owning key programs and initiatives with our Office & Community Lead (Grace) — both based in the Netherlands. You will be joining a tightly knit and growing team of 8 specialists, working across the Office & Community, People Ops, Talent and Recruiting sub-functions, all united by a shared commitment to shaping Axelera AI as an exceptional place to work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Community Magic: Own and co-lead community-building initiatives and local celebrations across all Axelera offices and labs in Europe.

  • Office Guru: Be the go-to person for ensuring our offices are stocked, comfy, and optimized for productivity.

  • Facility Master: Manage office setup, leases, insurances, and safety while leading projects for new office spaces.

  • Purchasing Pro: Handle employee-related purchases like laptops, company swag, and other essentials for office and remote workers.

  • Event Extraordinaire: Support department heads with planning and executing quarterly and annual meetings, from booking spaces to organizing team dinners.

Your profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's/HBO degree or equivalent.

  • Professional background: 5+ years of experience in similar role.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and quick to learn new tools (we use Teams, Lattice, BambooHR, and more).

  • People Person: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working under pressure and prioritizing effectively.

  • Ownership: A track record of taking strong ownership of your projects and getting things done.

Location:

This position requires regular, 2-3 times per week presence in our Eindhoven office & up to 30% of travel to abroad offices.
