Job Overview


The office executive management (OFE) role to support the Plant Manager, as an extended arm to coordinate local plant special projects that involve relevant departments and be the Plant PMO (Project Management Office) to administer and track key projects meetings/updates, system documentation management, system approvals management, powerpoint preparations, special data analysis, special workshop moderations, technical consultation and others.


Job Descriptions


  • Drive and coordinate local special common plant projects that involve relevant departments or entire departments of the plant. Ensure proper planning, execution and sustainability (with good establishment) of the special projects, which can be technical or commercial or both topics
  • Be the Plant PMO (Project Management Office) to guide and coordinate special projects with the right key info planning (objective/scope/charter/milestones/cost/etc), scheduling meetings, chair the meetings, actions/status tracking, documentation, approvals and others
  • Prepare presentations/charts/summary (and some potential animation) for the special projects and the requests of key topics from the plant manager. Able to present well to organization and management levels
  • Designated Plant 5S Coordinator and Champion, to ensure 5S is cascaded to all employees and practiced across the plant, both production and office area
  • Perform special study (e.g. ~ Info compilation, Statistical/data analysis, problem solving, investigation, assessment, etc) on key topics that is assign by the plant manager
  • Support some of the QMM customers and external audits (e.g. ~ presentations, protocols, etc), based on top need basis
  • Support some of the DBE-COM key activities (e.g. ~ Events management, Workshop co-moderation, VIP visits, hosting support, prepare scripts/speeches, order-purchase things, etc), based on top need basis
  • Any other related duties assigned by immediate superior


Qualifications

  • Possess 5 to 10 years of practical experienced in project management, event management & workshop moderation with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience & 3 years of project experience
  • Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronics or Business or Management (If both technical and commercial will be advantage).
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills and added with solid moderation and negotiation skills
  • Strong team player among intercultural teams and proactive
  • The candidate must be experienced in basic knowledge on communication Tools (e.g. MS-Office, Power-BI and etc.) IT/I4.0 savvy will be an advantage)
  • Candidates must be able to plan well with office legality and compliance procedures
  • Proactive, meticulous, and ability to work in a structured and effective way is preferred
  • Well experienced in planning, execution and controlling, workshop moderation and meeting chairing skill is an added advantage
  • Possess management skills to communicate and influence with continuous improvement mindset
  • An initiated and proactive candidate with the ability to drive Continuous Improvement (CIP), Quality, Delivery and Cost conscious mindset, process & result oriented candidate is preferred
  • Flexible to travel for meetings & business trips to Germany & China
