Administrative Assistant
Analog Devices is looking for a proactive and experienced administrator to join its team at its Cork Design Center located at Cork Airport Business Park, Cork.
Analog Devices currently employs 130 people in Cork, with a further 1,400 people in Limerick where it designs and manufactures Integrated Circuits for use in a huge range of diversified products and processes.
The is an extremely diverse role and suitable to someone who likes to take a hands-on approach to a variety of tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Track Time and Attendance for allocated group.
- Order components and materials as required.
- Assist with visa applications for both incoming visitors and employees.
- Assist in organizing conferences including room/venue booking, catering, travel arrangements etc.
- Assist with site communications.
- Administrative support for a variety of company/employee events.
- Reception support for the office
Skills and Qualification:
- Must be flexible and quick to learn new skills and handle change effectively.
- Proven ability to plan and track group events, including facilities, catering and travel.
- Works as a competent member of the team, and willingly provides back-up support for co-workers when appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, and conflicting priorities without loss of composure.
- Excellent organizational skills & constant attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent written & verbal communication skills.
