Position Title: Office Assistant
Business Title: Assistant

Principal Responsibilities

Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings

Manage incoming and outgoing post and packages, incl. picking mail up at the post office when necessary
-
Review and scan invoices
-
Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records
-
Supervise the petty cash register
-
Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and central emails
-
Oversee office and kitchen supplies to ensure resources are available when needed
-
Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs•Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Book travel arrangements and prepare business travel reports

Administrate the company car fleet
-
Help with IT issues
-
Organise working desks and oversee the booking of meeting rooms

Bind presentation booklets
Key Skills/Experience Required

Good communication skills

Ability to handle pressurised situations calmly and professionally with all individuals involved

Integrity, honesty and flexibility will be paramount in this diverse role.

Prior experience in an Office Assistant capacity
