Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office administrative operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per company standards
- Support company PRO activities including visa processing, labor services, Emirates ID, medical, etc.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and government departments as required
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle procurement needs
- Provide support in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in office administration or document control roles in the UAE
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Familiarity with UAE PRO processes (visa, labor card, medical, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic document management systems
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of property listing platforms like Bayut and Property Finder is an added bonus
