Job Summary: The Concierge will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, and arranging transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently exceptional and elevated customer service to all customers
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all resident requests and concerns including in-person, phone, and/or via email
  • Utilize property management software (e.g. Appfolio) to assist residents and upper management with daily tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized and presentable working area/desk
  • Supervise and coordinate building access to vendors for scheduled work
  • Supervise and assist recurring vendors (e.g. security, porters, landscapers, pool service, etc.) to maintain accountability for their assigned duties and ensure high performance levels from all parties
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, technology and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with Fair Housing laws and regulations
  • Develop, update and maintain operating systems and checklists to help ensure all facilities are always clean and secure
  • Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of packages
  • Coordinate reservations for common areas and elevators
  • Monitor Emergency Response Systems
  • Respond to all emergency situations in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills.

  • Education and Experience:

  • At least one year of hotel, resort, or apartment guest services experience (preferred).

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience.
