Job Description

To work with all Stakeholders to effectively support the day-to-day office procedures, administration and production of reports for the Renault technical training programme in the UK. This is a critical role for the data input and quality assurance procedures and processes to meet all requirements of Renault UK and their dealer network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with all Renault technical training stakeholders including Renault UK and the Dealer network managers and delegates through e-mail and telephone calls
- Support the filling of all technical training courses to ensure compliance with the minimum fill rates expected by the client and to meet utilisation targets
- Produce accurate client reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using excel and PowerBi
- Support training compliance by following process and accuracy in all work and data entry
- Produce reports and KPI’s for management information and review
- Produce and maintain staff guidance documents to support consistency and accuracy of process
- Support the Internal Quality Assurance and Operations teams, in the engagement and use of data
- Support any data or systems related activities necessary for the maintenance of client reports
- Liaise with, and support, the Quality Manager and other stakeholders to ensure quality assurance is maintained across all technical training documentation
- Support with client / programme requests
- Support with organising ad-hoc events and team meetings
- Attend any relevant team and operational meetings
- Support the Senior Administrator with any purchasing/invoice requests
- Support the Technical Trainers, and any other required general administration and office procedures
Specific Requirements:
- Throughout the delivery of duties, reinforce the technical attributes / attractiveness of Bosch products and services where applicable and promote Bosch training solutions
- Use data to accurately present the current and future training requirements for Bosch management and Client review

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Direct experience of data systems is essential, including Excel and PowerBi
- A good level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths and a good working knowledge of MS applications and data applications
- Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines
- Able to work in an organised manner and to solve problems and react to situations quickly
- Professional and Confident communicator both written and verbal

- Display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company
