What you'll do:
Performs a variety of duties in support of the planning of arrival of raw materials in the plant, of production and of finished products leaving the plant.
In detail, you will:
Planning and Coordination
-
Provide full support for Supply Review 1 (SR1), Supply Review 2 (SR2), and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, ensuring alignment of production, inventory, and demand strategies.

Develop and manage integrated supply chain planning processes working with demand forecasting to delivery, covering “Taste,” “Care,” and “Wellbeing & SDA” product lines.

Support phase-in/phase-out planning for new and obsolete products while ensuring minimal disruption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product Line (PL), Logistics, and Sourcing, to ensure seamless coordination.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier capacity or container shortages, with proactive action plans.
Inventory and Order Management

Manage FG (Finished Goods) inventory levels, ensuring alignment with stock policies and market demands.

Monitor and adjust stock levels across sales companies and RDCs (Regional Distribution Centers).

Prepare, send, and monitor supplier orders, ensuring adherence to lead times and schedules.

Proactively reduce inventory obsolescence through action plans and regular reviews with local sales teams.
Data and Reporting

Provide actionable insights to marketing and finance teams through stock, purchase, and sales reports.

Analyze sales forecasts and track performance indicators, addressing significant deviations and underperforming SKUs.

Prepare monthly forecasts and reports for suppliers, incorporating major deviations and market dynamics.
Process Improvement and Automation

Seek continuous process improvements in planning, forecasting, and S&OP.

Develop and implement tools to simplify and enhance daily operations.

Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for efficiency gains in cycle time, productivity, and cost savings.
Supplier and Performance Management

Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Address capacity constraints and involve relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

Maintain updated supplier data, including lead times, stock policies, and order statuses.
Collaboration and Communication

Actively participate in cross-functional and NPI (New Product Introduction) meetings, providing critical inputs and solutions.

Communicate with commercial and LCM (Local Category Manager) teams to refine market data and anticipate demand shifts.

Regularly update senior management on planning performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
-
University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
-
Advanced qualifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) are a plus
-
5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or production scheduling in a regional or global capacity

Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team support for SR1, SR2, and S&OP processes
-
Familiarity with OEM supply chains and complex multi-region operations.

Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IBP)

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
-
Strong analytical abilities with experience in handling large data sets

Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and adjust to changing priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
-
Resilience in problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
-
Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

You will be based in the Bangkok Office and report to OEM Planning Manager.
