About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced OCM (Organizational Change Management) Specialist to join our HR Systems team. The OCM Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for the successful adoption of our global HR system within Magna. The main focus of this role will be on supporting and executing the training and communication strategies and processes of our global HR Systems.
Your Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs to support user adoption and proficiency with our HR Systems
  • Develop and deliver effective training materials that can be easily maintained using a variety of methods and tools
  • Develop and deliver effective communication materials to facilitate understanding and adoption of HR systems.
  • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of communication activities, and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as required
  • Facilitate and coordinate training sessions, workshops and awareness campaigns for end-users and stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development to support users in adapting to the new HR systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training approach/materials
  • Provide support and guidance to other members of the HR Systems team on OCM strategies and task as required
  • Support change management activities under the direction of a Change Management Lead
  • Provide input and support on impact analyses and the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Attend Workday functional meetings to identify change impacts, develop related communications and update training materials as required
  • Coordinate translations for training material
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as HR teams, IT teams, and business leaders, to understand their needs and concerns regarding HR systems changes and communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in OCM and HR systems, bringing innovative approaches to drive successful change initiatives.


Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 Years of Work Related Experience
  • Strong knowledge of OCM principles, methodologies, best practices and tools. Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in adult education or corporate training. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.


Your preferred qualifications

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse adult audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience providing end-user training for HR and payroll systems such as Workday, Dayforce, SAP
  • Experience creating effective training and communication materials using various platforms
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving results while managing ambiguity. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirement
  • Certification in OCM methodologies is an asset
  • Exposure to global and decentralized environments is a plus.
