The Operations Center Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the
office by overseeing administrative functions, coordinating daily office activities, and providing
support to staff. This role involves managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing
meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring an efficient, productive, and well-organized
workplace. The Office Manager also manages relationships with team members and assists with
HR-related tasks.

Vision, and Values. This role reports to the Regional Fixed Operations Manager and works closely
with the Operations Center Department Leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.
● Manage office equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs as needed.
Administrative Support:
● Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail) and route messages appropriately.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by management.
● Provide support to the Department Leads and Regional Fixed Operations Managers to
resolve any clerical or HR issues.
Staff Supervision & Support:
● Supervise and support the Operations Center team members.
● Support the Operations Center team members, including Team Leads and Regional Fixed
Operations Managers.
● Onboard new employees, providing office orientation and setting up necessary equipment
and access.
● Assist with organizing employee training, maintaining staff records, and ensuring
compliance with office policies.
Office Environment:
● Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
● Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
● Develop and implement office procedures and policies to improve efficiency.
Health and Safety:
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
● Maintain emergency procedures and manage first aid supplies.
Non-Negotiables:
● Support the Operations Center team members, including Team Leads and Regional Fixed
Operations Managers.
● Manage office equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs as needed.
● Assist with organizing employee training, maintaining staff records, and ensuring
compliance with office policies. (dress code, attendance, etc.)
Daily/Weekly Tasks:
● Update team Dashboard weekly.
● Ensure all office equipment if working correctly.
● Meet with Regional Fixed Operations Managers and Team Leads regularly to ensure
expectations and goals are being met by the Operations Center Departments.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in an office management, administrative, or supervisory role.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Familiarity with HR processes.

Compensation:

  • $20 - $22 per hour DOE

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 5pm

About Our Dealership

 Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. 

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
