Job Title/High Level Position Summary: NPI Operations Manager

Responsible for overseeing or executing the creation and completion of project plans for new product projects. Lead and coordinate with the Operation team the procurement, delivery and completion of inventory to finished stock for new product deployments.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project status to management. Escalate issues as necessary to management to ensure Operations projects tasks are completed to the project timeline.
  • Develop supporting documents; supply plans, tracking spreadsheets, task lists and timelines to document or publish project requirements to monitor and track progress.
  • Develops and implements project communication methods and plans.
  • Attend and participate in cross functional project teams to provide guidance and status to project requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Operations team members to identify, mitigate and resolve risks.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with product suppliers to monitor or address delivery status to product delivery plan.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • B.S degree in Project Management or Engineering.
  • Preferred experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
