This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC) Digital Campaign Delivery Manager and is part of the Digital Delivery Team. This role will be responsible for the coordination of all activity relating to SharkNinja’s new product launches on the eCommerce web platform, across the UK and European markets. You will work closely with various areas of the Digital Team, including Merchandising, UX, Creative, and Paid and Organic Media, to support digital marketing campaigns across multiple media channels. The goal is to drive performance, enhance opportunities, and maximize return on investment for new product launches on our D2C Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activity across multiple team covering a range of disciplines and media channels.
  • Ensure all online content is acquired from Marketing teams in timely manner to allow effective preparation of on site activity.
  • Organise, drive, and continuously improve NPD delivery of D2C Marketing Campaigns across organic and paid channels.
  • Lead and communicate Digital Campaign Planning meetings and performance learnings to stakeholders.
  • Setting expectations and influencing team members effectively to aid planned digital marketing campaigns into execution
  • Track and monitor KPIs across a wide range of data sets to help influence learnings and future campaigns
  • Bringing in the campaign plan, on time on Manage/ delivery to ensure they come in on time, on budget and with agreed return on investment
  • Report to the wider business and Management Team on learnings for future campaigns
  • Liaising with Trading/Merchandising teams to ensure that campaign focus drives the business’ digital strategy
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships with internal, external teams and agencies (if required),
  • Manage and support members of the digital team throughout the Campaign from beginning stages through to implementation and close
  • Helping to manage workload and priorities across the D2C Digital Team

Experience:

  • Educated to a degree level
  • 2+ years in project management, coordinator or equivalent type role
  • Experience of developing and implementing digital campaigns with strong return on investment/ROAS
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks as required
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC, Organic and Paid Search and CRM)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of using project management tools for collaborative working
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, MSP, Trello or equivalent
