You Are the Creator:

• You Write It – You Own It: Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve – own the full life-cycle of your code
• Develop applications using JavaScript, Kafka, microservices and AWS
• Maintain a well documented and tested codebase
• Optimize for maximum security, scalability and speed
• Work in small, autonomous teams
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practice

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering with NodeJs or 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering and strong desire to learn NodeJs
• Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Good apprehension of microservice architecture
• Good understanding and experience with GIT
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow, and be up-to-date with trends and best practices
• Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Desired (but not essential):

• Knowledge of an additional object-oriented language such as C#, Java
• Understanding of modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with event streaming platforms and messaging brokers such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS
• Familiar with Web3 Stack: Web3, Ethers, Hardhat
• Prior experience in building systems for financial markets
• Familiar with crypto-economic protocols
