Context & Main Purpose of Job
The Distributive Development Group (DDG) New Revenue Streams Specialist will be the lead for total New Revenue Streams program for the General Trade business.
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
- Leads the Mobiling Program
- Develops, codifies, and standardizes other NRS projects (Events and Party Package)
- Work withs and collaborates with Omni-Trade Marketing team on the channel growth programs and promotions
- Co-lead with Digital Commerce team in overseeing and managing the operations of IC Now Partners
- Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and can negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or any related course.
- Open for Fresh Graduates but open to Mid-career with experience on business operations management
- Willing to be based in Pasig
- Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset.
- Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
