As a valued member of Sexual Health Marketing team your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all promotion marketing activities including in-store displays, dFSIs, Shelf Talkers, review generation and sampling ensuring these down the funnel activations are in sync with overall brand strategies and goals.  You will be leading continuous improvement across all these areas and looking for opportunities to drive increased sales lift for each class of trade.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • You will be a critical member of the Eroxon brand team, focused on delivering annual brand plans, driving penetration and repeat purchase

  • Measure and report on brand consumption and media performance, and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth

  • Develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs grounded in deep consumer and customer understanding, consumer promotion, social media, digital content, and shopper programs

  • Help drive e-commerce strategy and tactics in line with brand strategy

  • Lead brand test-and-learn agenda end-to-end from test design through scaling results in close partnership with Performance Engagement

  • Own annual brand budgeting and in-year budget management for Eroxon

Why you?Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business and/or marketing.

  • 2+ years prior industry experience in consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA

  • Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and report data to drive business decisions.

  • Previous experience working with and/or managing vendors

  • Prior experience in the following areas: Revenue growth management, route-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, brand/package contribution, brand portfolio management, and changes in packaging.

  • Project Management Experience

  • Digital Marketing Experience

  • Commercialization Experience (New Item Launch Experience)

The salary range for this role is: $101,938 - $140,164 USD + bonus
