Position Overview:
The Network Technology Strategy & Execution Lead position exists within the Core & Network Services (CNS) department which is an integral part of the larger Enterprise Operations and Technology organization at Freddie Mac. The CNS department delivers a full array of network capabilities to Freddie Mac enterprise wide. The Network Technology Strategy & Execution Lead role within CNS is responsible for driving operational and project-based business outcomes.

Your Impact:
In this ambitious role, you will determine and drive business outcomes that support the operation, evolution, and maintenance of Freddie Mac's network services. You will collaborate extensively with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams, as well as other departments. Leading efforts to improve our network service offerings, you will ensure adherence to established controls and guidelines, with a risk-first posture to minimize potential issues. Your work will be essential in maintaining and advancing our network in alignment with our high standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related fulltime work experience
- Proven experience in Scrum and Kanban implementation and execution
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple teams using JIRA for work tracking
- Expertise in mentoring, training, and transforming teams in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to develop and present metrics and reports for senior executives
- Skilled in optimizing work consumption and execution across multiple teams
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) required
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) desired
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) desired

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $149,000 - $223,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
