Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient network solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring network integrity, availability, and performance while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support our client’s needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage and configure network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Conduct regular network performance analysis and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
- Work in conjunction with the security team to implement network security protocols.
- Participate in network upgrades and provisioning of new services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network migrations and transitions.
To be successful, you should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle challenging problems collaboratively. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with network security practices and devices.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
