We are seeking an experienced and motivated Network Development Manager to join our eMobility team and take charge of rolling out a winning charging network across our twelve European markets, with a key focus on Germany, BeNeLux and Scandinavia. Working closely with our business units, you will be a key enabler of success, ensuring they have everything needed to deploy a world-class public charging network. Building strong relationships and fostering collaboration will be essential to drive execution and support our ambitious growth plans for the years ahead.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Empower markets for success – Act as a trusted expert, providing hands-on support and strategic oversight to help business units meet deployment goals.
• Drive rapid expansion – Support our ambitious growth plans by ensuring fast, efficient, and cost-effective charger deployment across all markets.
• Build a best-in-class charging network – Ensure a future-proof, cost-efficient infrastructure that maximizes grid use and enhances customer experience.
• Remove roadblocks & scale operations – Fill resource gaps, support hiring, drive the standardization of deployment processes to establish best practices and maximize efficiency.
• Champion collaboration & innovation – Strengthen collaboration across team members, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive continuous improvement.

You have:

• Experience from the eMobility industry with a strong understanding of the market dynamics. Experience from real estate development or PMO can also be relevant.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Higher relevant education in engineering, economics or similar.
• Proven project management expertise, with the ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communications and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• The will and motivation to improve and scale a new business in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
