Job Responsibilities:
Objectives
Responsible for provisioning, modifying, and disabling multiple types of network user accounts including Active Directory and SAP. Additional responsibilities include documentation, change management authorizations, adherence to security policies, governmental compliance testing, and enforcing auditing regulations.
Job Responsibility

  • Know and understand Bowling Green Metalforming Quality and Environmental policies.
  • Follows and supports and Magna's operating principles.
  • Subject matter expert for over 600 network user account objects and all associated object properties including group membership and profile information.
  • Utilize change management software and workflow software that interfaces with Active Directory and SAP for user account administration activities.
  • Modify Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in directly for group membership changes and other non-standard administration activities.
  • Coordinate proper authorizations and formal approvals from business leaders for all user account requests.
  • Utilize a helpdesk ticket system to prioritize, track, and document all user account requests.
  • Execute periodic reports showing account inactivity and follow security procedures to minimize associated risks.
  • Participate in yearly Internal Audits and SOx Testing by providing auditors change management documents for user account administration activities.
  • Provide 1st level technical support for application software, computer hardware, network equipment, and other systems throughout the Enterprise as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred, or related experience
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred (MCP, MCTS, MCITP, MCSA)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Microsoft Server including Active Directory
  • Experience with SAP User Data Administration is preferred but not required
