The NAM is responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of the needs of the account, and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives.
Network Managers focused on uncovering unmet needs, enabling Networks and partnering on disease specific and also promotional meetings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify Customers, incl. decision making / influencing network• Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action• Disseminate information via multi- and omnichannel communication in the customer target group via the customer preferred channel• Ensure customer support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions• Problem-solve complex account/ institution challenges related to billing and product procurement with stakeholders• Analyze current contracts, identify opportunities and execute contracts with customers. • Respond to customer requests by connecting with cross functional team to provide responses and input.• Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas• Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas (eg to establish and optimize cross-sectoral and cross-specialty referral structures)• Responsible for the revenue target generated by accounts under remit• Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of sales transaction processes of the accounts under remit e.g. price setting and negotiations, order processing, goods on loan, enlistment, substitutions free goods, handling complaints, handling damaged, expired and return goods, among others• Drive brand strategy development and execution to enhance brand value offering and maximize growth opportunities• Execute promotional programs and develop promotional material for key brands• Responsible to lead special projects (short/mid/long term) as needed.
