What You'll Do:

  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements to include managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets across all lifecycle phases, while leading consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis, all within an integrated project plan
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including NetSuite consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements, spearhead Business Requirements Documentation, and contribute to project plan development
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and integrate lessons learned into future projects
  • Act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clients
  • Maintain and update process diagrams, documentation, and best practices for NetSuite configuration
  • Regularly meet with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and assess the need for additional resources
  • Recognize and address out-of-scope customer requests, present mutually beneficial solutions, and help set realistic expectations
  • Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and ensure successful customer testing throughout the implementation
  • Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
  • Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities

What You'll Bring:

  • 9+ years of experience in professional services with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing NetSuite implementations
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issues
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
  • NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
