About the role

  • You will help with system setups, saved searches, troubleshooting/debugging script/workflow issues and ad-hoc analyses
  • You will conduct active 2-way dialogue with with partners to identify meta patterns across customer requirements and identify gaps within current landscape
  • You will facilitate communication and provide support to both the business and enterprise technology team members in challenging technical, custom and package software implementations and agreement on important initiatives
  • You will document business use cases, process flows, report mock-up and other artifacts to obtain team member support and lead in user acceptance testing and documentation of test cases
  • You will monitor project progress, identifying and escalating potential project risks and blockers to management to lead proactive intervention

In the role of NetSuite Business Analyst, you will report to the Director, Enterprise Engineering.

We are considering applicants for the location(s) of Culver City, CA, San Francisco, CA, and Dallas, TX.

About You

  • You have over 5 years of functional experience in supporting end-users in Accounting, Operations, Procurement and other internal functions in the use of NetSuite ERP relating to scripts, workflows, saved searches and other ad-hoc configuration setups
  • You excel in explaining and bridging as-is with to-be requirements and educating users to use NetSuite system functionality and features to automate Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report business cycles
  • You excel in collaborating with partners in understanding, gathering their requirements, creating win-win outcomes and assisting with cause analyses to drive system improvements
  • You develop and streamlining the operational reporting dashboards and help groom and prioritize the backlog of incoming bug fix and enhancements
  • You have industry experience working and managing local and remote teams
  • You have the right mix of business process knowledge combined with systems knowledge of NetSuite customizations to advise your team on the downstream impact of integrated processes to account for GL impact
  • You have a track record in business systems implementation and accounting and operational support with relationship building expertise.

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
