.NET Full-stack Engineer

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) and React to help design, develop, and maintain our web applications. In this role, you will work on high-load data systems, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-based infrastructure to build scalable, efficient, and resilient solutions.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment and has a strong background in .NET 8, .NET 9, React, and NextJS. You will play a key role in architecting and maintaining microservices, working with Azure-based solutions, and ensuring observability and performance using OpenTelemetry.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

You will join our engineering team and be a valued member working closely in a collaborative, autonomous, cross-functional team. You will help with the following:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using .NET (C#) on the back-end and React/NextJS on the front-end.
• Working with large-scale data loads to ensure performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Building and optimising microservices architectures using Microsoft Orleans.
• Managing and integrating Azure-based services, including Azure Event Hub and CosmosDB.
• Ensuring system observability and performance through OpenTelemetry.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Utilizing GitHub for version control and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React, Next.js, TanStack Query, and other modern frontend technologies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for Engineers with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in the following:

Core Skills:

• .NET 8 / .NET 9 (C#) – Strong backend development skills with modern .NET frameworks.
• React – Experience building interactive front-end applications.
• Solid understanding of CSS frameworks such as Tailwind and component libraries like Shadcn
• NextJS – Expertise in building scalable, server-side applications with TypeScript.
• Microservices Architecture – Designing and maintaining microservices-based systems.
• CosmosDB 
• Azure Event Hub – Experience in handling real-time event-driven data streaming.
• GitHub – Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, and collaboration workflows.
• Experience working with large data loads and optimizing system performance.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (English)

AWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED: 

• Orleans – Hands-on experience with the Orleans distributed application framework.
• Experience with TanStack Query or other modern data-fetching libraries
• Exposure to server-side rendering, static site generation, and optimization techniques
• OpenTelemetry – Implementing observability and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with additional Azure cloud services beyond CosmosDB and Event Hub.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GraphQL or other API frameworks.
