About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate to enhance .NET applications which support Wells Fargo's growing credit card portfolio. 

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in an agile scrum team supporting the design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support of solutions using Microsoft technologies.

  • Understand Software Development Lifecycle process, quality, security and compliance requirements

  • Support implementation of moderate to complex user stories and features.

  • Understand compliance and risk management requirements

  • Receive direction from a manager and peers and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Support triage of incident management

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of database experience (i.e. SQL)

  • 6+ months of .NET, ASP.NET OR MVC experience

  • 6+ experience with a workflow tool (Camunda, Pega, IBM PBM, Azure Logic Apps, etc).

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
