Position Overview:
The .NET Developer will collaborate with the Technical Lead and Application Architect to develop, test, and document system features and enhancements.
Duties:
- Develop, test, and document system features and enhancements under the direction of the Technical Lead and Application Architect.
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
- Implement and optimize web applications using ASP.NET Core, Angular (14+), and modern front-end frameworks, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility compliance.
- Utilize Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps, for application deployment and management.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including testing (XUnit/NUnit, Jasmine/Karma), accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and secure coding principles.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience with .NET Core and C#, for building backend services and applications.
- 8 years of experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core for building web applications.
- 8 years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL, recent experience with Azure SQL.
- 8 years of experience with APIs and Integration, RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture.
- 8 years of experience with testing frameworks: XUnit/NUnit, Prefer: Jasmine and Karma.
- 8 years of experience with ORM, such as Entity framework and Dapper.
- 8 years of experience with containerization: • Prefer: Docker
- 8 years of experience with cloud services with implementation in .NET: Azure Function, Azure Queue, Azure Storage, Azure container registry, Key Vault.
- 8 years of front-End experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Prefer: prior experience with jQuery and Bootstrap), • Angular with recent experience with Angular 14 or greater.
- 8 years of experience with Visual Studio tools with recent experience in VS2022 and VS Code, Azure DevOps /Git.
