About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible to directly drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and developing strategies to penetrate top tier accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or vertical.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, including VP and C-level executives, to identify and address their business needs.
  • Complex Sales: Manage long, value-driven sales cycles, including renewals, with a focus on creating detailed business cases that showcase ROI.
  • Account Management: Create and implement effective territory and account plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to provide relevant insights and solutions.
  • Reporting & Tools: Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach to manage pipelines, track performance, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Travel: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and on-site customer meetings as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in access control B2B sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently met or exceeded quotas; President’s Club membership is a plus.
  • Sales Expertise: Skilled in complex, multi-month sales cycles, renewals, and value-driven business cases.
  • Executive Engagement: Success in selling to VP and C-level executives in mid-market and enterprise.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing abilities; expertise in industry trends and building key relationships.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite.
  • Travel: Ability to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
