Are you our new MultiOps Team Lead

What will you do:

  • Help experienced developers on journey for adopting agile and Scrum in a small team supporting two applications
  • Coach and train the team in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Challenge team to adopt better ways of working and hold each other accountable to high standards
  • Help and encourage team members to develop themselves
  • Facilitate and encourage good communication between team, stakeholders and users
  • Help Product Owner, Team and business stakeholders with advice on techniques for various disciplines (estimation, requirements, releasing, etc.)
  • Accountable for team effectiveness, operational planning and end to end delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5y experience working with software development team in any role
  • At least 3y experience in a Scrum Master role or Team Leader role in a software development team with agile mindset
  • Strong grasp on software development lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum
  • Well-shaped leadership and communication skills
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills
  • Passion for continuous learning

It’s a plus if you bring:

  • Knowledge and skills with agile scaling frameworks
  • Experience in running training for agile topics
  • Technical expertise with ability to train and coach team in good technical practices
  • Experience with hiring new team members
