About the role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work on a variety of projects, including social media content, digital assets, website design, short form video creation, presentations, and other marketing materials that drive engagement and awareness. You will own projects and create them from A to Z - grab a camera and mic and shoot, design a template, write copy and post on social!

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and print materials.

• Design engaging and visually appealing content for brand campaigns, including social media posts and videos, email templates, presentations and website assets.

• Support the creation of multimedia content, including animations and video editing, to enhance storytelling.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories.

• Create and optimize design assets for various platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design strategies.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with DataSnipper’s tone, style, and brand guidelines.

• Assist in evolving and refining brand guidelines as the company grows.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in brand design, content creation, or a similar role.

• Experience in creating content for social channels like LinkedIn and TikTok

• Experience in motion design and video editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

• Experience designing for digital platforms, including web, social media, and presentations.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative projects.
