A strong communicator, the Marketing UAT & Incident Management Associate / Senior Associate is a proactive person with ability to handle pressure and deal with multiple stakeholders at any given point of time.
For Marketing UAT their primary responsibility is to ensure features are released in scope and in high quality and in case this is impossible to bring about a conscious, aligned decision whether to launch with "known issues" or to postpone releases.
For Marketing Incidents Management main focus is on Incidents Preventions by performing daily health & sanity checks and following up with respective Marketing Teams as well as and to work alongside SOC for tech incidents.
It entails supporting business and marketing teams end to end in incidents resolution and support project management for issues requiring developmental support.

- Daily Health & Sanity Checks + respective follow-ups
- Assure INC quality & speedy resolution of Marketing INCs
- Root cause analysis

Qualifications
Knowledge, Experience, Skills
- Experience in customer operations is critical to this position (experience in the gaming/gambling industry is a plus)
- The candidate must have experience in handling escalations and bringing teams together for quick resolution
- Ability to brief requirements and manage progress on a regular basis.
- Good self-organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and find solutions in case work around are required
- Basic scripting knowledge
- Solid experience with issue-tracking and release-management tools
(e.g. Jira, Mantis, ServiceNow, VersionOne, …) is a plus - Experience with data analytics & visualization tools (e.g. kibana, mpulse, Catchpoint, Google Analytics, …) is a plus
- Experience in Project Management, Software Engineering, Business Informatics is a plus
- Understanding of agile software-release-management processes
- Understanding of testing and testing methodologies
- Bachelor’s Degree
