THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY FOR RISING JUNIORS AND SENIORS AT THE UNDERGRADUATE LEVEL
As a global company, MetLife seeks creative, curious, and innovative minds who are interested in advancing their technical skills and professional development. Undergraduate students with graduation dates of December 2025 through June 2026, are encouraged to apply for MetLife's MTU Summer Internship Program to gain real-world experience working on projects that will touch the lives of MetLifecustomers. We continue our 156-year legacy as we serve over 100 million customers globally.
Program Opportunities:
- Strengthen technical skills & develop business acumen
- Build a network of peers and mentors
- Learn first-hand about MetLife's culture and business
- Work on individual and team projects that will have an impact
- Present your projects to an audience of peers, managers, and senior leadership
- Attend professional development and career development speaker series
Required Skills & Technologies :
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution and actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in Project Management/Systems Analysis
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require MetLife sponsorship or support for a work permit or visa in any capacity now or in the future.
- Postgraduate students pursuing a Master's Degree or higher are not eligible.
- Preferred Majors: Business Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics

Office Arrangement: Hybrid (Work 3 days in office/work 2 days at home)
