- Should have 08-15 years of Administration of SQL Server BI Components and SQL server.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and BI tools (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SQL querying ,DAX and T-SQL scripting.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools (especially SSIS).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Power BI Report Server administration.
- Solid understanding of security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies for BI environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and performance issues for SSRS reports, SSAS cubes and data warehouse processes.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and patching of SQL Server BI tools (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI).
- Create and maintain documentation for BI architecture, processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Strong command of SQL server tools, Backup tools and Monitoring tools.
- Good Knowledge in SQL server, configurations, and Troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, performance tuning and monitoring.
- Good Knowledge in High availability concepts (Always ON, DAG, Failover Cluster, Replication).
- Must have knowledge of migration, upgradation, and SQL Server Patching.
- Proven experience in migration of SQL databases to Higher versions and to cloud (Azure, GCP and AWS).
- Good collaboration working with Cloud team, Storage team, Network team, Windows team, Backup team etc.
- Hands on experience on PowerShell scripting and Automations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with trending technologies and tools.
- Good written and verbal communication.
