The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organisation and instrumental to the Kyndryl’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite. 

You will lead MS Copilot complex client engagements focused on implementing and optimising Microsoft Copilot solutions, in partnership with our Alliances. Your deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and AI-driven technologies will enable you to design tailored strategies, conduct workshops, and guide customers through the adoption process.

As our MS CoPilot Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level customers. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization, whilst contributing to profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thought leadership: Contribute to the development of Copilot best practices, sharing knowledge through presentations, whitepapers, and internal training sessions.
• Client relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, understanding their business needs and aligning Copilot solutions to address key challenges.
• Business value assessment: Analyze client operations to identify areas where Copilot can enhance productivity and efficiency, clearly communicating the potential ROI.
• Change management: Develop strategies to manage organizational change associated with Copilot adoption, including training programs and user support.
• Workshop facilitation: Conduct hands-on workshops to educate customers on Copilot capabilities, showcase use cases, and gather requirements for customized implementation.
• Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest Copilot features and updates, ensuring best practices are applied during implementation and advising customers on potential advancements.
• Solution architecture: Design comprehensive Copilot implementation plans, integrating with existing Microsoft 365 tools.
• Project delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to execute Copilot projects on time and within budget, overseeing implementation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with hyperscalers
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite: Teams, Outlook, Word, and Power Platform, with a strong focus on Copilot functionality.
• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
• With business acumen, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions, aligning solutions with client strategic objectives.
• Consulting expertise: Proven track record in consulting engagements, including requirement gathering, solution design, project management, and client relationship building.
• Leadership abilities: Capability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and navigate complex client environments.
