Neo Group is seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging animations and motion graphics that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing materials and delivering immersive experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create promotional videos, trailers, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with clients, business developers, and other stakeholders to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects
- Create visually appealing and engaging animations
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and polished final products
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas that align with project goals and target audiences
- Tailor designs to fit the specific requirements and best practices of different social media platforms
- Ensure all motion graphics align with the client's or company's branding guidelines and visual standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the iGaming industry
- Minimum of 2 years of motion design experience
- Strong understanding of animation principles, such as timing, easing, and motion paths
- Mastery of motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D and Redshift
- Familiarity with other tools like Spine and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Skill in translating client briefs and ideas into visual stories and animations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with marketing teams, developers, and other designers
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience in developing and evolving a brand’s visual identity
