Group/Division
KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.
Job Description
KLA is looking for an experienced Motion Control Engineer to join us!
Main Responsibilities:

Participate in Design and improve state of the art motion systems (XYT sub microns high G stages / Active dumping Floatation systems / Air&Ball bearings high precision motors...)

Lead transition projects to abroad sites
-
Lead Mechatronics systems Development and Improvement projects
-
Multiple sources large data analysis for evaluating system performance
-
Design and improve existing Motion control loop
-
Coach junior team members
-
Perform and Support Assembling/Integrating/Testing for Motion systems, Motion test benches

Lead FA (Failure Analysis) investigations and Field System failure Escalations
-
ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) lead
-
Update\write procedures
Minimum Qualifications
-
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years in Motion control field.

Programing capabilities - MATLAB\Payton\LabView\C (one or more)

Knowledge in control & electrical machines
-
Knowledge in optics – advantage

Project lead and Project management abilities
