Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding position in a fast paced environment. At Cambria Mortgage we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and making the home lending process straightforward and easy. As a result of our continuing expansion, we are looking for professional, experience loan originators to represent Cambria Mortgage in Minnesota.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans by soliciting business through multiple channels, negotiating price to meet company profitability objectives, while ensuring compliance with established lending policies and procedures.

Present Cambria Mortgage residential mortgage products to realtors, builders, and other housing related businesses in the Minnesota market.

Effectively solicit, track and monitor all leads generated and provided by Cambria Mortgage.

Identify new business opportunities to meet company goals.

Collaborate with operations team to ensure customer service, loan quality and targets are achieved and/or exceeded.

Maintain knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance or something similar.
Experience: At least 3 years of loan origination experience.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in mortgage sales

Knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines

State loan originator license

Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships

Effective and tactful negotiating skills

Strong verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Physical Requirements:

Office position requiring telephone and computer use.
Travel Requirements:

Travel required to networking or client events as well as to other Cambria locations.
