Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor real-time systems, processes, and equipment through screens, dashboards, and alarms.
- Detect and identify any operational issues, malfunctions, or irregularities, and take corrective actions as required.
- Report and escalate any abnormal situations or emergencies to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Record and document any events, actions taken, and maintenance logs for future reference.
- Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, or departments to resolve issues or ensure seamless operations.
