As a Mobile Product Strategist & Designer, you will lead our mobile apps' ideation, strategy, and design, ensuring they are innovative and user-friendly. You will be part of an innovative team working on unique mobile projects. You will work closely with developers to guide the product from concept to completion, ensuring we meet high-quality standards and exceed user expectations. We value fast iteration, creative problem-solving, and practical design thinking.

What you'll do

• Analyse competitors to uncover market trends and identify opportunities that can give us an edge.
• Make bold decisions about which features to include in the first version, focusing on proving the app's value quickly and effectively.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and designs that bring ideas to life.
• Leverage the latest AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that captivate and engage users.
• Rapidly iterate on concepts to identify those with the most potential.
• Be open to dropping ideas that are proven not to work. We value adaptability over attachment and iterate quickly to find the best solution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or Product Strategist, with a portfolio of at least 2 iOS apps.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating final designs.
• Strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Ability to study competitors and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Ability to iterate quickly, discard ideas that don't work, and adapt rapidly.
• Experience using the latest AI technologies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Mastery of discovery and design thinking processes.
• Strong understanding of design principles for mobile app interfaces.
• Creativity in brainstorming, prototyping, and aligning design concepts with product goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in design, HCI, psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
