MLOps Engineer

We’re looking for a world-class MLOps Engineer to join our Team in Milan.

You’ll participate in the end-to-end process of productionizing machine learning models, from model deployment to monitoring and maintaining their performance.

You’ll also work with large language models, focusing on implementing near real-time and batch inferences and address data drift and model drift in production environments.

What You Have 

• At least 3 years of experience as MLOps Engineer or DevOps Engineer
• Proficiency with GCP, Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of Data Versioning 
• Familiarity with vector Database
• Hands-on experience in Model Lifecycle 
• Proficiency with Orchestrator tool
• Knowledge of Model Serving and Deployment 
• Expertise with Kubernetes
• Experience in managing Infrastructure for the horizontal scaling of deep learning models.
• Experience with HPC is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 50.000 and € 65.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
