ML Ops Specialist

Important Information 

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities and Duties 

1. Develop and maintain pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
2. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance and data quality in production.
3. Automate processes for model retraining, versioning, and rollback.
4. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards in all ML operations.
6. Research and implement best practices for ML Ops to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.       

Qualifications and Skills 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques & strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies.
3. Proven experience in software development and/or data engineering & experience with deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills & strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment & excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
7. Proficient in cloud services such as AWS S3, EC2, SageMaker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack & etc.
